    Biography:

    Stephen joined the Tasmanian Bar after practising in house at Hydro Tasmania, where he was General Counsel between 2004 and 2016 and as a solicitor at Deacons, where he was a partner between 1999 and 2002.

    Stephen’s experience covers a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions, electricity related matters and corporate governance.

    Stephen has extensive experience in commercial and regulatory matters, including market regulation and competition and economic analysis
