    Biography:

    Ms Kermath is a highly experienced Barrister practicing principally in Children’s Law, Civil, Criminal Law, Family Violence, and Tribunal work for almost two decades. Ms Kermath advises and appears on behalf of thousands of clients throughout Victoria and Australia in all jurisdictions including the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court, and Tribunals. Ms Kermath was a finalist for Barrister of the Year at the 2019 Australian Law Awards. She was also the finalist for Barrister of the Year at the 2018 Australian Women in Law Awards which shows her determination and the respect she has gained from the legal profession.
