    Biography:

    Matthew previously held the position of in-house counsel at Robert Stary Lawyers. In that role he appeared as advocate for the accused in many complex criminal trials.

    He has developed particular interest in matters concerning accident reconstruction, DNA analysis, expert medical opinion, historic sexual allegations, drug importation and trafficking.

    Alongside legal practice he is the current president of Reprieve Australia, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the international abolition of the death penalty.
