    Maree grew up in Hobart. Since obtaining a First Class Honours degree in law from the University of Tasmania she has practised in Victoria for almost 15 years, first as a solicitor with Allens and more recently at the Victorian Bar. Since signing the Roll of Counsel in 2010, she has developed a busy trial and appellate practice in a range of civil law areas. Further details of Maree’s experience can be found here.

    In 2010 Maree completed a Master of Law degree at the University of Cambridge, on a scholarship from the Cambridge Trusts. Maree was also an Associate to the Honourable Justice Neave of the Victorian Court of Appeal.
