Joseph is available for legal advice and court appearance, for trials and appeals, in all aspects of civil and commercial matters. He also accepts briefs for summary offences.
Joseph is undertaking PhD in Law at the Australian National University. The title of his thesis is ‘The Regulation of Chinese State-Owned Enterprises and Their Investments under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth): An Alternative Way of Engaging with Australia’s National Interest’. He also teaches Corporations Law and Legal Theory on a part-time basis at the University of Tasmania, College of Arts and Law.
He is Proficient in Mandarin and Malay.
