    Biography:

    Declan Manly has over twenty years’ experience in legal practice, more than ten of those at the Victorian Bar. An experienced advocate and adviser, Declan’s practice includes a broad range of commercial law, specifically banking and finance, insolvency, corporations, equity, trade practices, construction and engineering, property and negligence disputes and arbitrations.

    Declan’s practice is concerned with drafting pleadings, submissions and relevant notices, providing advice and opinions on evidence and tactics, legal merits and advocacy at final and interlocutory hearings.

    Declan appears in all courts, tribunals and at arbitrations, in Victoria and interstate.
