Dan maintains chambers in Launceston and Hobart and accepts briefs to appear state wide.
Prior to coming to the bar, Dan was the associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Daly of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Earlier, he was associate to the Honourable Justice Dixon of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Dan commenced law at the University of Tasmania, graduating with a Juris Doctor (JD) from Melbourne University. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the ANU. Prior to admission, Dan worked as a paralegal for the ACT DPP, Victoria Legal Aid and the Financial Ombudsman.
Dan is currently studying the LLM at Melbourne University, focusing on Taxation, Construction, Banking and Finance and Employment Law. Dan is currently a tutor St Mary’s College, Melbourne University.
Dan is a nationally accredited mediator.
