    Catherine has worked as a Senior Associate in the commercial litigation and insolvency departments at Blake Dawson Waldron and Gadens Lawyers.

    Catherine has broad experience acting for corporate and institutional clients in a variety of litigious matters dealing with contractual disputes, corporations law matters, corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, directors’ disputes, trade practices, banking litigation, and professional negligence. She has also conducted a wide range of proceedings in most jurisdictions and regularly appears in the County, Supreme and Federal Courts and in the AAT.

    In addition to holding a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, Catherine also holds a Master of Science & Technology, specialising in Aviation, from the University of New South Wales and is a nationally accredited mediator.
