    Biography:

    Andrew practices in commercial law and his specific practice areas are set out below. Andrew�s trial work is predominantly in the Supreme Court of Victoria and County Court of Victoria, and the Federal Court of Australia. Andrew also appears in the appeal divisions of these Courts.

    In addition to his trial work, Andrew also regularly appears in interlocutory applications, including injunctions, receiver appointments and freezing orders.

    Immediately prior to coming to the bar Andrew was a dispute resolution lawyer at Molino Cahill lawyers, specialising in large-scale construction, mining, infrastructure and defence projects.
